Dear Friends and Companions of
the Order OStS I would like to inform you that the work on the Special
Edition of the ProMemoria monthly has been resumed. This Special Edition is
in its totality dedicated to the Order of Saint Stanislas, the history of
its Patron, the Grand Master and the history of the Order from its
establishment to the present times. The editorial work is almost complete,
and we plan to go to print in May of 2006. This enterprise is done with the
full approval of HSH Prince Juliusz Nowina - Sokolnicki. One of the articles
of the Special Edition will be the relation of an interview which the Grand
Master has given us in London. The publisher of this Special Edition will be
the "Sarmatia Association". Please find enclosed some information about the
current activities of thAssociation. The Special Edition shall be printed in
the Polish and English language versions. We estimate the volume to be of 60
pages, printed in colour on A4 format, high quality paper. The final unit
cost of the Special Edition will depend on the printing volume, and is
estimated at between 7 and 9 US$ per copy, which includes the cost of
postage to any country in the world. Due to the high cost of this enterprise,
we hereby request the Priories to pre-order the number of copies which they
shall require, specifying the language version. We would also like to
request that this information be forwarded to as large a number of
Chevaliers and Dames of Order of St. Stainless as possible, regardless of
the country of their residence. Unfortunately the complete list of addresses
is not in our possession.
